Welcome Erin Kuhn to the Optimate Team!

This week we welcome Erin Kuhn to our Optimate Administration team! Erin is based in Brisbane and will support our admin team in a hybrid work from home role. We asked Erin to fill in a few details about herself so we could get to know her a little better.

 

Can you tell us a little more about yourself?

I am half Dutch and half Australian. My husband and I have a three-year-old little boy named Theo. We are based in North Brisbane. In my spare time, I enjoy attending local markets and going to the beach with my family.

 

Do you have any hobbies?

I enjoy exploring op shops and finding vintage home décor. I used to run a small Vintage Etsy store as a hobby in my spare time.

 

How did you come to be working at Optimate?

I was actually messaged on LinkedIn initially about the opportunity. And after two virtual interviews and then an in-person Trial Day I knew that I had found my new home. I have worked in the IT industry for many years now, starting out initially in general administration and then working my way into Project Administration.  I now have several years’ experience dedicated solely to Project Administration.

 

What are you most excited about working in this new role?

I am looking forward to furthering my knowledge and experience in the Project Administration / Project Manager space even more with Optimate. I thrive on supporting project teams and project managers. I am also excited about the work-life balance that comes with this role and continuing to work a three-day week from home.
